中国实验快堆(CEFR)是中国第一座快中子增值反应堆,采用数字化仪控系统,实现核岛和三回路主工艺系统或设备过程参数采集与显示、存储、报警以及电气传动设备的远程计算机控制。其中三回路计算机监控系统自安装、调试、投运以来,服役已超过7年,SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)平台存在Monitor Pro软件授权和服务器硬件老化影响系统稳定运行的问题,急需更新改造。在购置了组态和开发软件、服务器等通用型硬件基础上,CEFR工程技术人员立足于自身技术能力与资源,独立完成了三回路计算机监控系统SCADA平台改造任务。通过此次改造,不仅提高了三回路计算机监控系统运行可靠性,也使CEFR运行和维护人员对数字化控制系统有了更深的了解。
China Experimental Fast Reactor (CEFR) is China’s first fast neutron value-added reactor. The digital instrument control system is adopted to realize the remote collection and display of process parameters of the main process system or equipment of nuclear island and three circuits, storage and alarm, and remote control of electrical transmission equipment computer control. The three-circuit computer monitoring system has been in service for more than seven years since installation, commissioning and commissioning. The SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) platform has the problems of stable operation of Monitor Pro software authorization and server hardware aging, and is in urgent need of renovation. Based on the common hardwares of configuration and development software and servers, CEFR engineers and technicians independently completed the transformation task of SCADA platform of the computer monitoring system of the third circuit based on their own technical capabilities and resources. Through this transformation, not only improve the reliability of the three-loop computer monitoring system operation, but also to CEFR operation and maintenance personnel have a deeper understanding of digital control systems.
