引信弹簧由于其独特的要求,它的制造工艺较一般民用弹簧繁琐。弹簧制造的各个工序对其几何尺寸、力学性能均有一定影响,但截至目前,尚无系统的研究。对于设计及工艺人员,能够定性地了解上述影响规律,进而定量地掌握其影响程度,对提高弹簧性能是十分必要的。本文基于对引信弹簧各主要工艺流程中几何参数和抗力进行的大量测试结果,初步揭示和分析了生产工艺对性能影响的规律和产生原因。根据对几组按不同工艺流程加工的弹簧试验和测试结果,提出引信弹簧的新工艺流程。文末,对当前引信弹簧的设计及制造提出具有参考价值的九点结论。
Fuze spring due to its unique requirements, its manufacturing process more complicated than the general civilian spring. The manufacturing process of the spring has certain influence on its geometrical size and mechanical properties, but as of now, there is no systematic research. For the design and process personnel, to understand the above rules of influence qualitatively, and then quantitatively grasp the extent of their impact, to improve the performance of the spring is very necessary. Based on a large number of test results of geometrical parameters and resistances in the main technological processes of the fuze springs, this paper initially reveals and analyzes the rules and causes of the production process on the performance. According to several groups of different spring process according to the process test and test results, put forward a new process of Fuze spring. At the end of the article, the current design and manufacture of the fuze spring has nine conclusions with reference value.
