介绍石洞口发电厂300 MW 机组输煤程控仿真培训系统的配置、功能、特点及其数学模型。该系统的用户界面用Intouch 作图软件包开发,数学模型用Visual Basic 程序开发,三台微机联网。实践表明,用这种技术开发研制发电厂分系统仿真培训装置,具有工程造价低、研制周期短、仿真逼真度高等特点。该仿真系统为国内第一台燃料输送仿真培训系统,对提高电厂燃料运行人员操作水平具有现实意义。
This paper introduces the configuration, function, characteristic and mathematical model of coal conveying simulation control training system of Shidongkou 300 MW unit. The user interface of this system is developed by using Intouch drawing software package, the mathematical model is developed by Visual Basic program, and the three microcomputer networks. Practice shows that using this technology to develop power plant simulation training device has the advantages of low engineering cost, short development cycle and high simulation fidelity. The simulation system is the first fuel delivery simulation training system in China, which has practical significance for improving the operation level of fuel operation personnel in power plants.
