树立平等意识,妥善处理投诉,是尊重、实现、保障好纳税人合法权益的基本前提。近年来,江苏省地方税务局(简称“江苏地税”)设机构,铺渠道,建机制,抓管理,以点带面解决投诉,快速响应纳税人诉求,收到良好效果。
Establishing an equal awareness and properly handling complaints are the basic prerequisites for respecting, realizing and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of taxpayers. In recent years, the Jiangsu Provincial Local Taxation Bureau (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangsu Local Tax”) has set up institutions, established channels and established mechanisms to tackle complaints in a bid to solve the complaints in a point-by-area manner and respond promptly to the appeals of taxpayers with good results.
