目的:探讨第三心音(S3)与血浆N末端钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)水平的关系。方法:对连续入院的100例患者进行血浆NT-proBNP检测及S3听诊。结果:30例有S3的患者平均血浆lgNT-proBNP为3.41±0.55,明显高于70例无S3患者的平均血浆lgNT-proBNP水平(2.28±0.69)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S3对血浆NT-proBNP水平升高具有43%的敏感性和97%的特异性。S3的有、无与血浆NT-proBNP水平有显著相关性(r=0.467,P<0.05)。结论:S3对血浆NT-proBNP水平升高预测具有低敏感性与高特异性,两者有显著相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between third heart sound (S3) and plasma N-terminal pro-natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels. Methods: Plasma NT-proBNP and S3 auscultation were performed on 100 consecutive hospitalized patients. Results: The average plasma lgNT-proBNP in 30 patients with S3 was 3.41 ± 0.55, which was significantly higher than that in 70 patients without S3 (2.28 ± 0.69) ng / L, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). S3 is 43% sensitive and 97% specific for elevated plasma NT-proBNP levels. S3 had no significant correlation with plasma NT-proBNP level (r = 0.467, P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: S3 has a low sensitivity and a high specificity for predicting the plasma NT-proBNP levels, with a significant correlation between them.
