MicroRNAs是单链、非编码RNA分子,在转录后水平调节基因表达,并且在肿瘤转移中具有非常重要的作用。miR-200家族包括5个成员:miR-200a,miR-200b,miR-200c,miR-141和miR-429。miR-200家族参与了肿瘤转移,抑制了转移的起始步骤上皮—间质转化(EMT)过程。近年研究表明miR-200家族还增加了肿瘤转移的风险,促进了肿瘤在远处组织的转移性克隆病灶的形成,即转移的间质—上皮转化(MET)过程。全文就近年miR-200家族的研究进展作一综述。
MicroRNAs are single-stranded, non-coding RNA molecules that regulate gene expression at post-transcriptional level and play a very important role in tumor metastasis. The miR-200 family includes five members: miR-200a, miR-200b, miR-200c, miR-141 and miR-429. The miR-200 family is involved in tumor metastasis, inhibiting the initial step of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Recent studies have shown that the miR-200 family also increases the risk of tumor metastasis and promotes the formation of metastatic colorectal lesions distant from the tumor, the metastatic mesenchyme-epithelial transformation (MET) process. The whole review is made on the research progress of miR-200 family in recent years.
