研究了焊轮压力和焊接电流对无间隙原子钢(IF钢)压平缝焊接头抗拉强度的影响.结果发现:对于1.5mm厚的IF钢板,选取7.5kN焊轮压力和18500A焊接电流时,焊接接头的性能较好;当焊接电流偏低或偏高时,适当增加焊轮压力可以提高接头的性能.
The effects of welding pressure and welding current on the tensile strength of the FSW joints of the free-gap atomic steel (IF steel) were studied.The results show that for the 1.5mm thick IF steel plate, when the welding pressure of 7.5kN and 18500A welding current , The performance of the welded joint is better; when the welding current is low or high, proper increase of the pressure of the welding wheel can improve the performance of the joint.
