本文选取实验班与对照班,分别采用多元化教学方法和传统教学方法,分析实验班与对照班的教学效果。结果表明,实验班的理论考核成绩与操作考核成绩均明显高于对照班,存在显著差异。说明采用多元化的教学方法,使护理礼仪课程教学更生动活泼、贴近岗位、实用性强,有利于充分调动学生的学习兴趣,提高了教学效果。
In this paper, the experimental class and the control class are selected, and the teaching methods of the multiple methods and the traditional methods are respectively used to analyze the teaching effects of the experimental class and the control class. The result shows that the theoretical test scores and the operation test scores of the experimental class are significantly higher than the control class, there are significant differences. It shows that using a variety of teaching methods to make nursing etiquette teaching more vivid and lively, close to the post, practicality, is conducive to fully mobilize the students’ interest in learning and improve teaching effectiveness.
