我公司购买的日本小松10t 叉车由于充电系统损坏,严重影响到运输生产的正常进行。由于进口配件订购手续繁琐、价格昂贵、供货周期长等原因,使得充电系统损坏不能及时修复,通过分析认为充电系统的故障可以运用国内的现有技术进行改造。1技改措施(1)改造充电系统之前,蓄电池要通过荷电状况检测,并进行负载检测以确认其容量。为了得到准确的充电系统检测结果,必须保证蓄电池达到充足电状态,且充电系统和用电系统必须正常。因此,改造前另选完好的 FT100叉车进行充电系统需求量的检测,检测项目如下:先把所有电气没备的开关打到最高挡,然后用检测仪器来确定叉车电气系统总的电流需求,确定原配发电机(型号为 PK2871 A003)所需最小输出电流,并根据实际选配的发电机输出应比负载需求量至少要大10%~20%的要求,确定选用国产型号为 JF2311Y 的交流发电机和 JFT2518 D/1000 W 型调
