目的 探讨 +Gz重复暴露对星形胶质细胞中胶质原纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)表达的影响。 方法 SD大鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为 4组 ,即对照组 (5只 )、+4Gz锻炼组 (15只 )、+4Gz 锻炼后再暴露于 +10 Gz组 (15只 )及单次 +10 Gz暴露组 (5只 )。各组暴露后 2 d处死取脑 ,做冰冻切片 ,免疫组织化学染色观察 GFAP的表达情况。 结果 +4Gz/ 3min暴露 1次、3次和 5次后 (两次之间间隔 2 4 h) ,GFAP阳性细胞数由少至多 ,以细小型为主 ;单次 +10 Gz 暴露后 ,GFAP阳性反应较强 ,肥大型在梨状皮层和丘脑下部最多 ,在顶叶皮层和海马较少 ;+4Gz 分别暴露 1次、3次和 5次后再暴露于 +10 Gz,肥大型在各脑区逐渐减少 ,在顶叶皮层和海马逐渐消失 ,代之以细小型。 结论 低 G值反复暴露后再暴露于高 G值对脑的保护作用 ,与其能减少肥大、肿胀和损伤的 GFAP阳性细胞有一定的相关性
Objective To investigate the effects of repeated Gz exposure on glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expression in astrocytes. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (5), + 4Gz exercise group (15), + 4Gz exercise and then exposure to +10 Gz group (15) and single + 10 Gz exposure group (5). The brains were sacrificed at 2 days after exposure and frozen sections were made. The expression of GFAP was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Results After exposed to +4 Gz / 3 min for 1, 3, and 5 times (with an interval of 24 h between the two groups), the number of GFAP positive cells increased from as few as possible to small ones. After a single +10 Gz exposure, GFAP positive The response was strong, hypertrophy in the most of the piriform cortex and the hypothalamus, less in the parietal cortex and hippocampus; + 4Gz were exposed once, three times and five times and then exposed to +10 Gz, hypertrophy in each brain area Gradually reduced in the parietal cortex and hippocampus gradually disappear, replaced by small. Conclusions The protective effect of low G value after exposure to high G value on the brain is related to GFAP positive cells that can reduce hypertrophy, swelling and injury
