为了研究静电放电对桥丝式电热火工品的损伤机理,对未装药的样品脚脚间进行静电放电试验,放电后测量桥丝电阻并用显微镜观察桥丝的外观形貌。研究发现,在20kV以上的静电作用后桥丝电阻显著下降,随着放电电压的升高,焊点间桥丝变直变短。分析认为电阻变化主要是由于静电放电使桥丝升温,起到了热处理的作用所致。电阻变化将改变桥丝的生热,桥丝变形将改变桥丝与药剂的接触状态,从而影响产品性能。
In order to study the damage mechanism of electrostatic discharge on bridge wire electric pyrotechnics, electrostatic discharge test was performed on the un-charged sample legs. After the discharge, the resistance of the bridge wire was measured and the appearance of the bridge wire was observed with a microscope. It is found that the bridge wire resistance decreases significantly after the electrostatic charge of more than 20kV. With the increase of the discharge voltage, the bridge wire between the welding points becomes shorter and straighter. Analysis that the resistance change is mainly due to electrostatic discharge bridge wire warming, played a role in heat treatment. Resistance change will change the bridge wire heat, bridge wire deformation will change the bridge wire and pharmaceutical contact state, thus affecting product performance.
