股权激励作为一种长期激励约束机制,不但有利于减少代理成本,鼓励员工发挥工作的积极性和创造性,而且能够有效地解决高级管理人员过度关注短期利益等问题,为公司长远发展目标的实现提供保障。随着我国各项法律法规的不断健全,资本市场的不断成熟,公司治理结构的不断完善,股权激励必将对我国的企业改革和员工的长期激励产生更多的积极影响。
