施工项目既是施工企业成本控制的核心、利润的源泉,也是向社会展示施工企业形象的窗口。项目管理水平的高低直接体现在工程质量、进度、安全、成本4大控制目标上。结合施工企业的实际,对人员管理、技术管理、财务管理、精细化管理、沟通协调管理、文化建设管理等施工项目“软因素”管理进行了探讨。
The construction project is not only the core of cost control of construction enterprises, the source of profits, but also a window to show the image of construction enterprises to the society. The level of project management directly reflected in the project quality, progress, safety, cost control of four major goals. In combination with the actual situation of construction enterprises, the management of construction projects such as personnel management, technical management, financial management, meticulous management, communication and coordination management, and cultural construction management are discussed.
