目的:对尿素乳膏含量测定的检验方法进行改进。方法:改进尿素乳膏的测定波长,以437 nm代替原波长420 nm,采用比色法定量分析尿素乳膏中尿素。结果:尿素质量浓度在50.79～101.58μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=0.59%(n=9)。结论:改进后的方法合理、准确、重复性好。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the method for the determination of urea cream content. Methods: To improve the determination of urea cream wavelength, 437 nm instead of the original wavelength of 420 nm, quantitative analysis of urea in urea cream by colorimetric method. Results: The linear range was 50.79 ~ 101.58μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 99.6% and the RSD was 0.59% (n = 9). Conclusion: The improved method is reasonable, accurate and reproducible.
