应用正电子湮没技术测得Fe—Ni Invar合金中,若Pr含量增加0.1%,其正电子寿命值增加约9~10%,(P_s=10~(-12)秒),其多普勒展宽谱的线形参数S也有一定的减小,而Fe_(82)B_(13)Si_5Invar型非晶合金经变温处理后平均寿命出现反常现象。又将在635K(注:该材料T_(晶化)=683K,居里温度T_c=663K),经450Oe磁场、真空退火与制备态相比,其寿命亦有差异。实验中诸类现象表明:正电子寿命及线形参数S反映了合金在不同状态下微观结构的变化。
Positron annihilation technique was used to measure the positron lifetime of the Fe-Ni Invar alloy by increasing the Pr content by about 9-10% (P_s = 10- (-12) s) The linear parameter S of the spectrum also decreases to a certain extent. However, the average life expectancy of Fe_ (82) B_ (13) Si_5Invar amorphous alloys after the temperature change is abnormal. Again at 635K (Note: the material T_ (crystallization) = 683K, Curie temperature T_c = 663K), by 450Oe magnetic field, compared with the preparation of vacuum annealing state, there are differences in life. Various phenomena in the experiment show that the positron lifetime and the linear parameter S reflect the microstructure changes of the alloy under different states.
