当前辽宁老工业基地处于新型工业化建设的关键时期,信息产业与先进制造业的融合互动对于制造业的发展甚至对于辽宁老工业基地的转型升级具有重大的导向作用和推动作用,因此,研究信息产业与先进制造业之间的关联性具有重要的现实意义。本文为了克服属性权重难以客观确定的问题以及灰色关联分析的权重系数均一化计算问题,构建了超效率DEA—灰色关联模型。用这一模型对辽宁省进行实证分析,并与经典灰色关联模型的分析结果进行比较,结果证明超效率DEA—灰色关联模型有效。[1]最后,针对辽宁省提升先进制造业的信息化水平,促进信息产业与先进制造业的关联互动发展提出相应的建议。
At present, Liaoning’s old industrial base is in a critical period of new-type industrialization. The integration and interaction of information industry and advanced manufacturing industry plays a significant guiding and promoting role in the development of manufacturing industry and even in the transformation and upgrading of Liaoning’s old industrial base. Therefore, The connection with advanced manufacturing has important practical significance. In this paper, in order to overcome the problem of difficult to objectively determine the weight of attributes and the calculation of the weight coefficient of gray relational analysis, a super efficient DEA-gray relational model is constructed. This model is used to make an empirical analysis of Liaoning Province and compare it with the results of the classical gray relational model. The results show that the DEA-Gray relational model with super efficiency is effective. [1] Finally, in light of the informationalization of advanced manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province and the promotion of the interactive development of information industry and advanced manufacturing industry, we put forward corresponding suggestions.
