乙烯刺激对橡胶树磷素营养代谢的影响

为分析乙烯对橡胶树磷素营养代谢的影响,以PR107、RY7-33-97、RY8-79三个品系为材料进行总固形物含量、全磷、无机总磷、B-乳清无机磷、C-乳清无机磷、核酸等生理指标与磷转运蛋白Hbpht1:1基因表达在一个乙烯刺激周期内相关性分析。结果表明:不同品系的橡胶树对乙烯敏感性不同:PR107对乙烯刺激最敏感、RY7-33-97次之、RY8-79最不敏感。每个刀次内,乙烯刺激割胶使Pi随排胶时间延长不断流失,乙烯处理组与对照组磷转运基因Hbpht1:1表达量均有不同程度上升,其中,乙烯处理组表达量显著高于乙烯不处理组。磷转运基因Hbpht1:1表达量变化与生理指标的变化有明显相关性。本研究为橡胶分子育种提供依据。 In order to analyze the effect of ethylene on phosphorus nutrition metabolism of rubber tree, the total solid content, total phosphorus, inorganic phosphorus, B-whey inorganic phosphorus, C Correlation Analysis of Physiological Characteristics of Inorganic Phosphorus and Nucleic Acid in Whey and Phospholipid Transporter Hbpht1: 1 Gene Expression in One Ethylene Stimulation Cycle. Phosphorylation transporter Hbpht1: 1 expression levels and physiological changes in a significant correlation. This study provides the basis for rubber molecular breeding.
