目的:验证苍朴口服液的止泻、涩肠、抗炎、镇痛及免疫功效。方法:50只小鼠随机分为5组,苍朴口服液低、中、高剂量组分别按5,10,20 g·kg-1灌胃给药,分别采用番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型,二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型、热板实验、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验观察苍朴口服液的药效作用。结果:与对照组比较,苍朴口服液能减少番泻叶致小鼠腹泻的湿粪数,给药后2 h内作用最明显(P<0.05,P<0.01);能缩短碳末在肠道内的推进距离(P<0.01);能抑制耳廓肿胀程度(P<0.05,P<0.01),抑肿率略低于醋酸泼尼松;能不同程度的延长小鼠舔足反应时间(P<0.05,P<0.01),提高小鼠痛阈;能明显增强“脾虚”动物腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬作用(P<0.01),呈量效关系。结论:苍朴口服液具有止泻、涩肠、抗炎、镇痛和增强免疫的作用,与临床功效相符。
Objective: To verify the anti-diarrhea, astringent intestinal, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and immune effect of Cangpu Oral Liquid. Methods: Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups. The low, middle and high doses of Cangpu oral liquid were administered intragastrically at doses of 5, 10 and 20 g · kg-1, respectively. The mice model of diarrhea induced by senna , Xylene-induced mice ear swelling model, hot plate experiments, phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes macrophages observed pharmacological effect of Cang Pu oral solution. Results: Compared with the control group, Cangpu oral liquid can reduce the number of diarrhea induced by senna in mice, and the effect was most obvious within 2 hours after administration (P <0.05, P <0.01) (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the inhibition rate was slightly lower than that of prednisone acetate (P <0.01); it could prolong the reaction time of licking foot in mice <0.05, P <0.01), and increased the pain threshold of mice; phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages in “Spleen deficiency” animals was significantly enhanced (P <0.01). Conclusion: Cang Pu Oral Liquid has anti-diarrhea, astringent intestinal, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and immune enhancement, in line with clinical efficacy.
