近日,中国石油针对化学驱、注气和微生物驱存在的关键问题进行攻关,获得5项重大创新成果,研制的适合二类油藏新型聚合物和无碱表面活性剂实现工业化生产,采用泡沫评价、复合驱数值模拟等方法,以无碱化学复合驱为代表的新一代三次采油技术获得突破,为股份公司三次采油年产量达到1 500万t提供技术支持。专家组认为,三次采油提高采收率技术项目实物工作量饱满,有形化成果及创新点突出,技术水平国际领先,对加快公司三次采油关键技术创新和矿场应用
Recently, PetroChina has tackled the key issues of chemical flooding, gas injection and microbial flooding. Five major innovations have been made and industrialized production of new type polymers and alkali-free surfactants developed for Class II reservoirs has been achieved. Bubble evaluation , Composite flooding numerical simulation and other methods, a new generation of tertiary recovery technology represented by alkali-free chemical compound flooding has made a breakthrough and provided technical support for the annual output of tertiary recovery of 15 million t produced by the joint-stock company. The expert group believes that the tertiary oil recovery enhanced technology projects physical workload, tangible achievements and innovation highlighting the international advanced level of technology, to accelerate the company’s third oil recovery of key technological innovations and mine applications
