针对扬州二电厂干灰库库内有隔层,隔层承受荷载大,从结构上不允许二次施工的特点。在普通滑模装置基础上,撤消了垂直运输系统及平台中的鼓圈、辐射梁和部分钢圈,将操作平台改装成挑架式钢结构平台,使之能滑空施工隔层平台。通过挑架式平台和滑升装置的设计及其在干灰库施工中的应用,积累和丰富了滑模施工的经验。
For Yangzhou Power Plant dry ash reservoir there are compartments, compartments bear heavy load, from the structure does not allow secondary construction. On the basis of the ordinary sliding mode device, the drum ring, radiation beam and some steel rings in the vertical transportation system and platform are canceled and the operating platform is converted into a pick-up steel structure platform so as to be able to slide the construction interlayer platform. Through the design of the rack-mounted platform and the sliding device and its application in the construction of dry-ash storage, the experience of sliding mode construction has been accumulated and enriched.
