一般示波极谱多采用双电极和三电极,尤以三电极图形更佳。它们是由滴汞电极、铂电极和饱和甘汞电极(或银电极)组成。笔者曾设想把三电极合并成一根,那么示波极谱测定的操作手续就可以进一步简化,并可对小体积试液进行极谱测定和提高灵敏度,是有实际意义的。为此,我们作了简单的尝试,把滴汞电极、铂电极套装在空心的银棒中,两端用树脂封焊牢固,就形成了一支所谓“三合一”电极。
Oscillogram more general use of double electrodes and three electrodes, especially three-electrode graphics better. I had envisaged the three electrodes into one, then the oscilloscope polarographic determination of the operating procedures can be further simplified, and the small volume of the test solution for polarographic determination and increase the sensitivity is of practical significance. To this end, we made a simple attempt to drop the mercury electrode, platinum electrode set in a hollow silver rod, both ends of the resin sealed with a solid, it formed a so-called “triple” electrode.
