为了探讨改进和加强高职院校毕业生就业服务与指导工作,近期,笔者对兰州两所高校即将毕业的198名大学生进行了问卷调查,共设置了23个问题,每个问题有4～5个选项,参与答卷的大学生有男性123人、女性75人;来自大城市的18人、中小城市53人、乡镇36人、农村86人、老少边穷地区5人。通过问卷统计分析,初步了解了高校毕业生对困难群体、就业问题的看法、认识和意向,也对改进和加强高校毕业生困难群体就业服务和指导工作了重新的认识。
In order to discuss how to improve and strengthen employment service and guidance for graduates from higher vocational colleges, recently, a survey was conducted on 198 college graduates who graduated from two universities in Lanzhou. A total of 23 questions were set up, each with 4 to 5 There are 123 males and 75 females, 18 from big cities, 53 from middle and small cities, 36 from townships, 86 from rural areas, and 5 from young and old. Through the statistical analysis of questionnaires, we can get a preliminary understanding of the views, understandings and intentions of college graduates on the difficult groups and employment issues, as well as re-understanding the employment service and guidance of the disadvantaged groups of college graduates.
