走进上海第二工业大学的创新工程实验室,负责管理实验室的老师——毕烨兴致勃勃地介绍起这个令他和同事们感到自豪的“小基地”。这里既是他们的办公室,也是学生和老师共同讨论项目、举办学习培训以及创造作品的场所。1999年,毕烨还只是一名普通的中职生,与成为一位大学教师有着看似遥不可及的距离。但在之后的十几年里,毕烨相继走完了从专升本、再到硕士的漫漫求学路,并如愿成为上海第二工业大学的一名教师。然而,当被称作是中职生的一个成功典范时,毕烨反复强调说:“我并没有成功,我只是一步步地努力达到自己原先制订的目标,离理想目标还很远。”
