将激光装在手术显微镜上可以准确切除或气化喉部病变组织。喉部激光手术最重要的问题是麻醉意外,例如引燃的危险。手术时亦可引起血压增高,心动过速,喉痉挛和水肿等。不论是聚合物插管或橡胶插管均可被激光引燃,使咽喉气管严重烧伤。激光照射声带病变时可能误伤气管粘膜。激光束折射有伤及病人或手术人员角膜的可能。激光还可使插管的套囊破裂,影响气体交换,套囊碎片吸入有引起窒息的危险。为了防止这些问题发生,本文特对喉部激光手术采用的麻醉方法予以讨论。小口径气管插管的应用:其优点是呼吸道得到保证,可辅助呼吸,还可用保护性材料填在套囊上方,以防激光损伤气管粘膜,并防止血液或组织碎块吸入。缺点是插管挡住手术部位,对后方的病变影响更大。激光易使插管着火或使套囊
The laser mounted on the operating microscope can accurately remove or gasification of throat lesions. The most important issue with laryngeal laser surgery is the anesthesia accident, such as the risk of ignition. Surgery can also cause high blood pressure, tachycardia, laryngospasm and edema. In order to prevent these problems from occurring, this paper discusses the anesthetic methods used in laryngeal laser surgery. Small-caliber endotracheal intubation application: its advantage is that the respiratory tract is guaranteed to help breathe, but also can be filled with protective material over the cuff to prevent laser damage to the tracheal mucosa, and to prevent the inhalation of blood or tissue fragments.
