稠化酸与常规酸相比,具有较高的粘度及良好的缓速、降滤失、造缝、携砂及减阻性能,并能减轻对地层导流能力的二次伤害,使油气层保持较长的稳产期。稠化酸应用范围很广,而且不受施工规模大小的影响,它可以单独使用,也能与前置液以及后冲洗液以各种方式混合使用。在冀中油田的赵县赵73井用SCJ-1稠化酸进行了酸化压裂的现场应用,该井先用SCJ-1稠化酸作为前置液酸化压裂,然后加砂压裂,压裂施工顺利,地层破裂压力及平均泵压下降10 MPa以上,达到对地层进行预处理的效果。
