ELISA方法作为一种敏感性高、特异性强的实验诊断方法,广泛应用于各临床实验室。但由于其方法影响因素较多,如何选取适合的质控方法,提高实验室检测结果可信度,越来越多受到重视。本文通过生化的L-J质控图和临界值血清界定法相结合来进行室内质控方法的建立,以寻求更合理、实用的方案。
