目的 :评价肠内营养制剂的进展与临床应用 ,供临床参考。方法 :搜集近年来的国内、外医学文献 ,从适应证、营养配方等方面对肠内营养制剂的临床应用予以评价。结果 :肠内营养

目的 :评价肠内营养制剂的进展与临床应用 ,供临床参考。方法 :搜集近年来的国内、外医学文献 ,从适应证、营养配方等方面对肠内营养制剂的临床应用予以评价。结果 :肠内营养支持可以提供能量和蛋白质 ,满足一般患者对营养的需要 ;另外 ,加入一些特殊营养物质的代谢型、免疫型肠内营养制剂可以对特异性患者的免疫功能和代谢进行调理。结论 :肠道在应激反应和危重疾病中起着重要的作用 ;通过肠内营养支持 ,可以减少手术并发症 ,缩短住院时间 ,提高生活质量 ,改善临床预后
