我国大学生篮球联赛已经成为具有自身文化特色和品牌效益的学校体育赛事。本研究主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,剖析了大学生篮球赛事资源配置的状况及优化的路径,研究认为:1)我国大学生篮球赛事资源包括物质与非物质资源,存在的主要问题是经费来源有限、人力资源匮乏、信息资源不畅、科技水平不高等;2)通过对篮球赛事资源的经费资源、人力资源、科技资源及品牌资源等进行优化、整合,不仅可以提高篮球赛事的竞技水平,还可以推动篮球赛事的可持续发展。建议:对现有资源进行整合,并挖掘潜在资源,优化传统资源,开发新兴资源;增加赛事经费的投入,提高领导的重视力度,培育与打造高标准、高层次、高水平的品牌赛事。
The college basketball league has become a school sports event with its own cultural characteristics and brand benefits. This study mainly uses the methods of literature review, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and other research methods to analyze the status of college students basketball resource allocation and the path of optimization.
