背景:青光眼是一种常见的不可逆的致盲性眼病。激光手术为其治疗增加了一条新的途径。目的:为了克服现阶段青光眼传统外科手术的一些弊端和验证CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除术的有效性与安全性。材料和方法:用于CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除的青光眼激光手术系统,40只成年新西兰大白兔。将40只兔按照随机数字表法分成5组。兔右眼行CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除术,兔左眼行传统小梁切除术。结果:术后,激光组前房反应明显小于传统手术组,传统手术组的功能性滤过泡明显减少,术后7到60天,激光组和传统组间的平均眼压存在统计学差异(p<0.05),激光组在术后的并发症少。对于兔眼CO_2激光巩膜切除联合虹膜切除是安全、易实施且有效的手术方式。
Background: Glaucoma is a common and irreversible blinding eye disease. Laser surgery has added a new way for its treatment. OBJECTIVE: To overcome the shortcomings of traditional surgical treatment of glaucoma at the present stage and verify the effectiveness and safety of CO_2 laser sclerectomy combined with iridectomy. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A glaucoma laser surgical system for CO_2 laser sclerectomy combined with iridectomy and 40 adult New Zealand white rabbits. 40 rabbits were divided into 5 groups according to random number table. Rabbit right eye CO_2 laser sclerectomy combined with iridectomy, rabbit left eye trabeculectomy. Results: The postoperative anterior chamber reaction in the laser group was significantly less than that in the conventional surgery group. The functional filtration bleb in the conventional surgery group was significantly reduced. The average intraocular pressure was significantly different between the laser group and the conventional group after 7 to 60 days p <0.05), the laser group in the postoperative complications less. CO_2 laser sclerectomy combined with iridectomy in rabbit eyes is a safe, easy to implement and effective surgical approach.
