研究了九龙江河口及相邻海区颗粒有机碳 ( POC)的分布变化特征及 POC与浮游植物生物量的关系。结果表明 ,九龙江河口区和厦门西港 POC的平均含量分别为 762和 793μg C/L。春季 ,河口区的 POC含量高于西港 ,而秋季则相反。春季 ,河口区和西港的 POC含量与ATP(三磷酸腺苷 )含量都呈正相关关系 ,其中 ,浮游植物有机碳 ( POCB)分别占 POC的 4 4 %和 2 2 %。
The distribution of particulate organic carbon (POC) and the relationship between POC and phytoplankton biomass in the estuary and adjacent waters of Jiulong River were studied. The results showed that the average contents of POC in the estuary of Jiulong River and the west port of Xiamen were 762 and 793 μg C / L, respectively. In spring, the POC content in estuarine areas was higher than that in West Ports, while the fall was the opposite. There was a positive correlation between POC content and ATP (ATP) content in spring, estuarine and western seaports. Among them, POCB accounted for 44% and 22% of POC, respectively.
