进行性肌营养不良(Progressive mu-scular dystrophg)是一种遗传性家族性进行性原发性肌病。主要是横纹肌细胞某种代谢缺陷,使细胞膜结构与机能改变,导致肌肉组织蛋白变性萎缩。 现将我院一年来收治的9例进行性肌营养不良报道如下(表1)。 Progressive mu-scular dystrophg is an inherited familial progressive primary myopathy.
