本文采用QTM720图象分析计算机、电子探针等测得球化元素残量、孕育硅量和冷却速度与稀土镁、钇基重稀土、稀土硅三种稀土系球铁石墨形态的定量关系.研究了三种球铁在各种条件下石墨形态的统计分布特点及其变化规律;导出了反映石墨形态与其影响因素间关系的二维与三维图象;并探讨了过球化现象、过孕育高硅区开花石墨形成机理以及球化与孕育的关系.
In this paper, QTM720 image analysis computer, electron probe and other measured spheroidizing element residual amount, the amount of silicon inoculation and the cooling rate and rare earth magnesium, yttrium-based heavy rare earth, rare earth silicon three kinds of rare earth-based ductile graphite morphology quantitative relationship. The statistical distribution of graphite morphology and its variation under three conditions were derived. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional images reflecting the relationship between graphite morphology and its influencing factors were derived.
