雷公藤在临床上被广泛应用于治疗自身免疫性疾病,这些疾病的显著特征是发生非感染性炎症,如各种关节炎、血管炎等.为了深入探讨该药抗炎症药理作用的机制,本文观察它的主要值化成分雷公藤甲素对人外周血白细胞分泌两种促炎症性细胞因子—白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的影响.1 材料和方法1.1 主要试剂 雷公藤甲素由湖北中医药研究院程自珍研究员提供.细菌内毒素-脂多糖(LPS)和四氮唑蓝(MTT)分别为Sigma和Merk公司产品.1.2 全血培养法诱生IL-6和TNF以及药物处理取 10例正常人静脉血,肝素抗凝,计数白细胞.
