餐厅向消费者收取价格不菲的开瓶费,引起了广泛社会争议。本文对“开瓶费”在法律上的性质、各方争议的观点以及我国法律对此的相关规定进行了初步探讨。
Restaurants charge expensive corkage to consumers, causing widespread social controversy. This article has a preliminary discussion on the legal nature of the “corkage fee”, the opinions of all parties in dispute and the relevant provisions of our law.
