练习搏击可以培养人顽强果断、吃苦耐劳的精神,磨炼人坚韧不拔、积极向上的品质。另外,搏击运动紧张激烈、对抗性极强,可使人筋骨强壮,提高各关节的灵活性及肌肉的伸展性和收缩能力,提高人的各项身体素质。搏击运动变化多端,尽现人体技能特点的拳腿技术,在高强度的对抗中表现得淋漓尽致,充分的激发人的斗志。搏击训练,更是一个长期、系统和艰苦的过程。其中有种训练方法——想象训练。这一训练方法,简单实用、便于操作,又较好地避免了训练损伤。
