在各医院的出院病例中,都有一部分由于各种原因而未得到治疗的“未治”病例。我院在住院病例质量评价中,重点分析了1998年1月以来收住院病人中119例未得到治疗的“未治”病例。从剖析结果看,“未治”病例同样隐含了医疗检诊工作中存在的深层质量问题,专题讲评后在临床科室引起震动。通过入理的分析,提示科室高年资医师要重视“未治”病例,并在检诊质量上认真把关;住院医生应该切实对每一个经治的病人负责,认真对待和重视每一个病人的诊疗过程。科主任反映:这样的质量分析,让科室医生心服口服,有利于提高医疗质量。我们所做的分析结果如下:
Among the hospital discharge cases, there were some “untreated” cases that were not treated for various reasons. In our hospital’s quality assessment of hospitalized patients, we focused on analyzing 119 cases of untreated “untreated” patients admitted since January 1998.
