煤矿坑道近水平定向钻进技术是钻探工程领域的一项新技术,主要应用于岩层和较稳定、较硬煤层的瓦斯抽放钻孔和地质勘探孔。简述了国内外煤矿井下近水平定向钻进技术的发展概况,对目前煤矿井下近水平定向钻进技术所采用的稳定组合钻具钻进和孔底螺杆马达钻进两种主要方法的特点与适用范围作了分析。结合我国煤矿井下地质条件、煤层特征和定向钻孔的技术要求,对我国煤矿井下定向钻进技术的应用提出了几点建议,并对我国煤矿井下定向钻进技术与装备进行了展望。
Near-horizontal directional drilling technology in coal mine tunnels is a new technology in the field of drilling engineering. It is mainly used in rock formations and gas drainage drilling and geological exploration holes in relatively stable and hard coal seams. In this paper, the development of near horizontal directional drilling technology in coal mines at home and abroad is briefly described. The characteristics of two main methods of steady combined drilling tools and bottom hole screw motor drilling used in near horizontal directional drilling technology in coal mines The scope of application was analyzed. Based on the geological conditions of coal mine in our country, the characteristics of coal seam and the technical requirements of directional drilling, some suggestions are put forward for the application of the directional drilling technology in coal mine in our country. The prospect of the directional drilling technology and equipment in coal mine in our country is also prospected.
