科学教育校本课程的开发,要以学生发展为本,因地制宜。各项科技活动都要有组织、有计划地进行,落实活动的指导教师、时间和场地,选择活动工具和材料。各项活动的目标和内容分层次安排在不同学段。小学科学教育要靠教学过程的实践性、活动性来保证,同时,需要开发和利用充分的教育资源。小学科学教育关键在教师。
The development of school-based curriculum in science education should be based on the students’ development and suit one’s measures to local conditions. All scientific and technological activities should be organized and planned. The instructor, time and venue for implementing the activities should be selected and the tools and materials for activities should be selected. The objectives and contents of each activity are arranged in different stages in different levels. Primary science education depends on the practicality and activity of the teaching process to ensure that, at the same time, it needs to develop and make full use of educational resources. Primary science education is the key to teachers.
