以苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸单体形成的高分子聚合物作为壁材,正十六烷和硬脂酸丁酯作为复合芯材,运用乳液聚合法制备双芯材相变材料微胶囊.以吐温-20为乳化剂,探讨了引发剂种类、引发剂用量和乳化剂用量对微胶囊制备的影响.对制得的相变材料微胶囊进行性能测试,表征其表面形貌、粒径大小及分布,分析其热性能和热稳定性,并计算其产率、包含量和包覆率等.结果表明:采用质量分数为1.7%的过硫酸钾为引发剂和质量分数为2.2%的吐温-20为乳化剂获得的微胶囊,表面形态稳定、光滑、饱满,粒径均一;微胶囊的热焓值较理想,相变温度为17.23℃,相变焓为54.06 J/g.
Taking polymer of styrene and methacrylic acid as wall material, n-hexadecane and butyl stearate as composite core material, the microcapsule of double-core phase change material was prepared by emulsion polymerization method, Temperature-20 as emulsifier, the effects of initiator type, initiator dosage and emulsifier dosage on the preparation of microcapsules were discussed.The microcapsules with phase-change materials prepared were tested for their properties, such as surface morphology, particle size, Distribution, thermal properties and thermal stability were analyzed, and their yield, content and coverage were calculated.The results showed that the use of potassium persulfate 1.7% by mass as initiator and the mass fraction of 2.2% Tween -20 for the emulsifier obtained microcapsules, the surface morphology is stable, smooth, full, uniform particle size; microcapsule enthalpy is ideal, the phase transition temperature is 17.23 ℃, the enthalpy of phase transition is 54.06 J / g.
