目的探讨血红蚁抗衰老的作用和机理。方法用含血红蚁提取液的饵料喂饲大鼠2个月后采血,用TBA反应比色法和光化学扩增法测定不同剂量、不同组别时脂质过氧化物和SOD的含量。结果血红蚁提取液能显著提高大鼠血清中总SOD和Mn-SOD的活性,能显著降低大鼠血浆中脂质过氧化物的生成,且呈剂量——效应的关系。结论血红蚁含有抗氧化物质的成分,它对于清除或抑制自由基的产生,阻断自由基反应蔓延,减轻自由基对生物机体的损伤,延缓衰老具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the anti-aging effects and mechanism of S. rubricornis. Methods Blood was collected from the rats fed for 2 months with the red blood ant extract. The content of lipid peroxides and SOD in different doses and different groups were measured by TBA reaction colorimetric method and photochemical amplification method. RESULTS The extract of Hemmatia antimonii could significantly increase the activity of total SOD and Mn-SOD in rat serum, and could significantly reduce the production of lipid peroxide in rat plasma, and showed a dose-effect relationship. Conclusion The red blood ant contains antioxidant components. It is of great significance for eliminating or inhibiting the production of free radicals, blocking the propagation of free radicals, reducing the damage of free radicals to biological organisms, and delaying aging.
