中国企业崇“孝”行为的背后存在三个逻辑依托点,其一是“孝”本身的文化内涵和层次与中国企业伦理具有相同的诉求,使得孝文化能够从社会伦理成功转换到企业伦理场景;其二是通过在企业中独特的同心圆传播路径与包括组织传播、人际传播和大众传播在内的复合传播机制,使得孝文化信息得以在企业中实现传播;其三是孝文化通过其复合传播效应,在企业中实现相应的管理价值。中国企业的崇“孝”行为也充分体现了现代传播对文化与管理的重塑力量,也说明企业管理与传统文化的结合已成趋势。
