应用锶（９０Ｓｒ）－镱（９０Ｙ）皮肤敷贴器治疗９３例毛细血管瘤。将９０Ｓｒ－９０Ｙ敷贴器活性面对准病变处，压紧使之表面尽量贴近病变的表面，并计时。每次每部位剂量２０００～３０００ｒａｄ，１次为１疗程，间隔４～６周进行下一疗程。经２～４疗程治疗后草莓状毛细血管瘤３６例，治愈率为９４．４４％，显效率５．５５％；海绵状血管瘤２１例，治愈率３３．３３％，总有效率７６．１９％，无效率２３．８１％；葡萄酒色痣，治愈率为３０．４３％，总有效率９１．３０％，无效率８．６９％；混合型血管瘤，治愈率为１５．３８％，总有效率８４．６２％，无效率１５．３８％。提示：９０Ｓｒ治疗小儿毛细血管瘤疗效除与其类型有关外，还与年龄有关，年龄越小，治愈率越高。９０Ｓｒ治疗毛细血管瘤方法简便，痛苦少，经济安全，疗效显著，值得推广。
