本文采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行力学和热力耦合分析,研究不同温度情况下,防水抗裂功能层对路面结构沥青层底拉应力、基层层底拉应力、剪应力、弯沉和反射裂缝强度因子的影响。结果表明:(1)防水抗裂功能层能够有效降低反射裂缝尖端的应力集中情况,从而抑制反射裂缝的扩展;(2)适宜厚度的防水抗裂功能层具有良好的温度适应能力,在各种温度条件下都对路面结构力学响应影响较小,且抗裂效果稳定。建议沥青混凝土路面中应尽量设置厚度不超过3cm且模量较高的防水抗裂功能层。
In this paper, ABAQUS finite element software for mechanical and thermal coupling analysis of different temperature conditions, waterproofing crack functional layer on the pavement structure of the asphalt tensile stress, the grassroots bottom tensile stress, shear stress, deflection and reflection fracture strength factor influences. The results show that: (1) The waterproof and crack resistant functional layer can effectively reduce the stress concentration at the tip of the reflective crack and thus restrain the propagation of the reflective crack. (2) The waterproof and crack resistant functional layer with suitable thickness has good temperature adaptability. Temperature conditions have little effect on the mechanical response of pavement structure, and the anti-cracking effect is stable. Proposed asphalt concrete pavement should be set to a thickness of not more than 3cm and high modulus waterproof anti-crack layer.
