冻结法施工技术在国内城市地铁建设中被广泛应用于联络通道或盾构端头井地层加固等部位,冻结法对地层的适应性较强,加固面强度和形状可灵活选择。冻结法加固地层能否成功,与冻结施工参数的选择以及冻结机组是否能够保证连续正常运转相关。针对砂质粘土地层冻结施工参数的选择和冻结加固效果进行了简要分析,希望能够对相同或接近地层的冻结施工起到借鉴作用。
Freezing method construction technology is widely used in the construction of metro in the country, such as the contact channel or the reinforcement of the shield head-end well. The freezing method has strong adaptability to strata, and the strength and shape of the reinforcement surface can be flexibly selected. The success of the freezing method to reinforce the formation can be related to the choice of parameters for freezing construction and whether the freezing unit can ensure continuous normal operation. Aiming at the selection of frozen construction parameters and the effect of freezing and reinforcement of sandy clay stratum, a brief analysis is carried out, hoping to be able to draw lessons from the freezing construction of the same or near stratum.
