民主党派机关是参政党的联络部、参谋部和服务部,是党派工作实施的枢纽和窗口,它承上启下,是联系党派成员的桥梁,在党派组织中发挥着不可替代的功能和作用。参政党机关建设的成效,直接反映着民主党派组织的精神面貌,直接影响到民主党派参政议政、民主监督和参加中国共产党领导的政治协商工作的运作、成效和水平。
Democratic parties, which are the liaison offices, staff officers and service departments of the participating parties, are the pivot and window for the implementation of the party work. It is an important link between the members of the party and plays an irreplaceable role in the factional organization. The effectiveness of the construction of the organs of political parties directly reflects the spirit of the democratic parties and directly affects the operation, effectiveness and level of democratic parties participating in the deliberations and administration of state affairs, supervising and participating in the political consultation led by the Chinese Communist Party.
