目的:探讨多维绩效考评在军队医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法:对15名在职护士应用多维绩效考评进行全面考核,考核维度应包括智力结构、素质结构、能力结构、绩效结构四个方面,采用多项考评视角,从五个方面阐述适应军队医院绩效考评的实施方法。采用问卷调查法对实施前后出院患者满意度进行调查,将结果进行比较;将护理人员加分情况进行比较;将护理人员加分、减分情况人员分配进行比较。结果:实施多维绩效考评后,护理质量显著提高。结论:护理人员绩效考评对护理人员起到良好的导向作用,是护理管理执行力的具体体现,是护理管理过程中的有效激励手段,培训了一批善于管理、敢于管理的高素质护理管理队伍。
Objective: To explore the effect of multidimensional performance appraisal in the nursing management of military hospitals. Methods: 15 full-time performance appraisals of on-the-job nurses were evaluated. The assessment dimension should include four aspects: intelligence structure, quality structure, ability structure and performance structure. Based on a number of evaluation perspectives, The implementation method. Surveys of satisfaction of discharged patients before and after the implementation were investigated by questionnaire, and the results were compared. The nursing staffs were compared for extra points. The nursing staffs were compared and divided according to their points. Results: After implementing multidimensional performance appraisal, the nursing quality improved significantly. Conclusion: Nursing staff performance appraisal plays a good role in guiding nurses. It is a concrete manifestation of nurse management execution, an effective incentive in nursing management, and trained a group of high quality nursing management team who are good at management and dare to manage .
