借助流体计算软件对某环管燃烧室内的热态流场进行了数值分析。气流的湍流流动采用Realizab lek-ε湍流模型进行模拟,用拉格朗日法跟踪油滴的轨迹,非预混PDF燃烧模型模拟气液两相的燃烧过程,辐射传热通过离散坐标模型来考虑。分析了气流流动规律、燃油液滴的运动轨迹、温度场的分布,获得了总压恢复系数、燃烧效率、燃烧室出口的径向温度分布系数等性能参数。计算结果可为环管燃烧室的优化设计提供参考。
The numerical simulation of the hot state flow field in a circular tube combustion chamber was carried out by means of fluid calculation software. Realizab lek-ε turbulence model was used to simulate the turbulent flow of the gas flow. The Lagrangian method was used to track the trajectory of the oil droplets. The non-premixed PDF combustion model was used to simulate the combustion process of the gas-liquid two phase. Radiative heat transfer was considered through the discrete coordinate model . The law of gas flow, the trajectory of fuel droplets and the distribution of temperature field were analyzed. The performance parameters of total pressure recovery coefficient, combustion efficiency and radial temperature distribution coefficient at the exit of combustion chamber were obtained. The calculation results can provide reference for the optimization design of the loop tube combustion chamber.
