目的 探讨热休克蛋白 70 (HSP 70 )与激素受体 (ER、PR)在男性乳腺发育和男性乳癌中的表达情况及分布状态。方法 应用免疫组织化学S P法对 2 5例男性乳腺发育和 1例男性乳癌进行检测。结果 在 2 5例男性乳腺发育病变中 ,HSP 70阳性率为 72 0 % (18例 ) ;ER、PR阳性率分别为 6 8.0 %和 6 0 .0 % (17例和 15例 ) ;1例男性乳癌三种染色均阳性。HSP70阳性细胞在男性乳腺发育和男性乳癌组织中 ,细胞核、细胞浆均有表达 ,ER、PR阳性细胞主要位于细胞核 ,尤其以男性乳癌细胞表达更显著。结论 HSP 70可作为男性乳腺发育及乳癌细胞增殖的指标之一。雌、孕激素受体失衡与男性乳腺发育及男性乳癌的发生可能有关 ,尚需进一步研究
Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of heat shock protein 70 (HSP 70) and hormone receptors (ER, PR) in male breast development and male breast cancer. Methods 25 male mammary glands and 1 male breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results Of the 25 male mastoid lesions, the positive rate of HSP 70 was 72% (18 cases); the positive rates of ER and PR were 68.0 % and 60.0 % (17 cases and 15 cases) respectively; 1 case Male breast cancer was positive for all three types of staining. HSP70 positive cells were expressed in the nucleus and cytoplasm of male breast development and male breast cancer. ER and PR positive cells were mainly located in the nucleus, especially in male breast cancer cells. Conclusion HSP 70 can be used as one of the indicators of male breast development and breast cancer cell proliferation. The imbalance of estrogen and progesterone receptors may be related to the development of male mammary glands and male breast cancer. Further research is needed.
