顺应潮流,七匹狼也逐步开启了线上业务。但却将线上渠道简单作为线下经销商的转移。七匹狼将线下经销制度复制到了线上,事实证明收效甚微。线下店员的培训规则变成线上客服标准,线下形象设计变成线上装修,线下经销商返点和激励政策同样也适用于线上。尽管经过调整,七匹狼确立了几家优秀的分销商,其业务规模总量占到线上业务的大半,但是公司并未因此获得应有的线上直营收益和超额利润。
