用蕨粉喂养大鼠12月后进行血液生化测定,高剂量组动物的甘油三酯含量下降(P<005),低剂量和高剂量组血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)含量也显著下降(P<005),而红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)值有所升高,其升高率分别为599%及1075%。另外,用蕨粉糊状液给小鼠灌服,能使饥饿小鼠肝糖原含量增加,而对饥饿小鼠的血糖无明显影响;灌肠蕨粉糊状液还能促进幼年小鼠的生长发育,表现为体重增加以及胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺组织重量显著增加(P<005)。
